"That is something that shall be learned with time and when Creil returns."

"A man of God and a warrior."

"Yes, and he's been fighting against the tyrant of this city for a long time now. Hopefully all his work will not go to waste," Eidlin added softly. "Lyconus, do you know when he plans to return?" she asked her friend even more softly. It only then occurred to her that they shouldn't be talking so carelessly about the subject in the market place. Anyone could over-hear them and they did not necessarily have to be on the side of good.

He leaned over to her and whispered. "No... he did not say."

Li decided it was best to simply drop the tyrant subject. And bring it down to a more acceptable level. "How may I contact either of you, so that I can be aware of progresses and actively participate in this project?"

Lyconus thought for a few minutes and tried to think. "Do a few wolf howls or have someone come search for me."

Eidlin nodded to Lyconus before answering Xai Yung's question.
"I'm usually around, but otherwise not that many people would help you find me as not that many of them know me," she said more loudly. "And if you happen to find any valuable information on the matter, please, don't hesitate to share. You never know what will come of use."
Then, deciding it was better to drop the subject completely, she offered Xai Yung a small smile. "Where are you from, sir? For you never did tell us."

Li understood when she completely changed the subject. "I come from the far east, the Oriental country. That's where I grew up. But now I travel where I please. What about yourselves?"

Lyconus chuckled and scratched his head, knowing he was about to have to tell his story again. "I'll let the lady go first."

Eidlin took a deep breath before continuing. "I was born in a kingdom far to the east of here. Upon my fifth birthday a plague ravaged the streets of our town, and I was taken to shelter by a family friend. He placed me under the care of a healer woman who lived in a nomad tribe. I grew up among them and served as the healer's apprentice until the age of sixteen. Then, I left the tribe so that I could travel all the way here, my father's birth city which happened to be close to my mother's people."
The girl seemed to have grown into a fine storyteller, for she did not convey any of the horror and fear that had been her life for three years of her life during the plague and it's aftermath.
Keeping her memories at bay, she waited for Lyconus to explain his life story. Now that she was to hear it a third time, she was sure that it's peculiarity would not surprise her.

"And what of your story...briefly?" Li asked the lycan.
