Hey, I'm a total n00b at this Site

'Ello. I'm not exactly sure if this is the proper place to start an introduction thread, but yeah, I've got an excuse, being a n00b and all. I'm Patty, as my member name clearly states. I've just recently joined this here site, and well, I'm pretty much psyched to start. =)

So a little intro about me:

I've RP'd for about three - four years at various RPGs. Mostly, my experience was at Harry Potter, but I am quite involved in my co-owned fantasy RPG. I'd say that I'm quite experienced as a writer, and hope that if my posts aren't exactly "in" with the style of writing set by the board, that you'd forgive me and let me know. As was said before, I've always RP'd at another board.

Now, personally, I'm a complete Lord of the Rings fan and worship just about everything of Tolkien's. My favorite movie, besides LotR, must be Moulin Rouge, and my favorite actor, Johnny Depp.

HPRPG, or rather, HPinfonet now...or is it Foocaw's HPRPG...I don't remember the official name anymore. Heh, but there's a lot of people on it and it's quite a success thus far.

Personally I'm an eddings fanatic, and wouldn't mind seeing a dedicated RP site for one of his fantasy worlds, or several more. I'm sure that would be breaching copyright laws though, so i'll make do with what i've got ;D

=) I'm a complete fan of Orson Scott Card, author of the Ender's Game series. Unfortunately, I think there are copyright laws regarding the fan RPGs, so -le sigh- I won't be seeing any good ones coming up soon. There's his...which sorta sucks.
