A by now very drunk Averil looked up from her fifth tankard of ale as the servant came in and nailed up the notice. Squinting, she managed to make her eyes focus enough to read it. As she read the last line -- "Must Be Willing To Fight" -- the Paladin let out a snort. "'Ey," she said, loudly enough for the whole bar to hear, "Lord Ish-M'ronic, check dissh out: Mersh-nary: persshon who fightssh," she laughed drunkenly, hiccuping, "f'r money. 'Sh called... uhh..." She squinted, trying to think. "'Sh called... knowin' what y'r wordssh mean! Yeah! Thash wha' 'sh called!" She continued to laugh, for some reason finding this to be the funniest thing ever. After all, Paladin Averil was very, very drink... I mean, drunk.

Soon one man came in he looked over to the drunk paladin and sighed then he saw it a paper calling out mercenaries. He sighed and took the paper down and threw it in the fireplace. "That coward can't even fight for himself. Trying to fight for the people my a**. That lord is nothing but a pain. A snobby little pain."He said lowly at the fire. He was mad."He who can't fight his own battle is ment to be gone. After all he fight for something however what he fights for is totally irrational." He said and walked over to the bar, and sighed.

Zeion continued after a little pause."Some lord needs to fight his own battles people call on mercenaries who fight for the lesser good."Zeion then said."I fight for a greater good..namely the freedom of those who trapped in slavery."Zeion said and looked at the bar and knew his last atempts to free the slaves failed he was gonna do it this time.

OOC: bear with me here, I hate writing drunks. Every sentence of this is like pulling teeth.

Listening to the "mercenary"'s little speech -- which, even as a drunken sot, Averil knew to be foolish babble -- the Paladin let out another loud snort. "You," she said, pointing at the mercenary, "y'r not much'v a mersh-nary." She hiccuped again. "Mersh-narys are bad-assh. You..." another hiccup, "you're kinda whiny 'n shtupid. An' y' can' keep y'r mouf sshut." She slapped her palm on the bar to emphasize her point. "Now why doncha jussht shiddown, shaddup, 'n have a beer, eh?" Turning away, she demonstrated by taking a long pull on her ale.

Zeion looked to the paladin and laughed."You have had one too many already." Zeion listened to the paladin and said."You have not met the lord have you? When I met him he was a real a**hole. I wanted to kill him right then and there. Though I may not sound like a mercenary I am better than that. I live my life by the way of the samurai...Besides that beer smells awful and is looks like someone went to the bathroom in the bottle."

Zeion snapped twice in front of him was something he could drink rum with hints of vinilla and orange twists in it. Zeion drank that down and said."You might as well learn something now. Rum is better than beer."Zeion said he got another one and drank it down the fuild hit his system faster than anything else. He also sounded like the paladin."y'all godda fin out for you shelf that.....our ord smucks."
